Thank you for considering a Ramblewood Condominium for your new home! Here is a brief disclosure
of some of the rules our potential homeowners and residents will need to consider:
There is a 20lb limit to any pet residing on Ramblewood Property for all pets registered after 12/31/02.
In addition, we have a strict leash restriction that pertains to all household pets (cats, dogs, etc.). All pet owners
must have on their person when walking their pet a means of picking up any messes created in the common areas. All pets must
be registered in the office. There are no exceptions to these rules.
Each unit may use one outside space for parking. A second vehicle must be parked in the garage or, with Board
approval, the second vehicle may be parked in any unoccupied space in the north/northeast parking area. No boats, trailers,
RV's, unlicensed off-road vehicles, agricultural or construction implements or similar objects may occupy the common parking
areas. Motorcycles must be parked with its kickstand on a pad sufficient to prevent damage to the asphalt surfaces.
Assessments are due and payable on the first of each month. Assessments are considered past due after
the 15th of the month. A $15.00 late fee will be assessed. Homeowners not paying their Association Fees for 60
days will have their water restricted starting on the 61st day. In addition to payment in full of assessments and
late charges, a $100.00 charge is assessed to cancel the water restriction. Chronic late payments will be dealt with according
to the CC&R's with a Foreclosure lien being placed on the property.
There is a $50.00 fee for an electronic pool card. There is a $50.00 charge for a replacement or
an additional card.
There is a
four-person occupancy limit in effect. No unit shall be occupied by more than four
persons, which number shall not include more than
two children. "Children" refers to persons under the age of 14.
