December 31st during regular office hours. Office hours are Mon, Wed, Thu and Fri from 10 am to 2 pm and Tue from 3 pm
to 7 pm. You can also request that it be e-mailed to you. Please provide your e-mail address.
LANDSCAPING - The winter grass has been planted and is growing quite nicely. Please try not to use green belt
too much at this time as the ground is very moist and the grass is easy to tear up.
RAMBLEWOOD ANNUAL FALL GARAGE SALE
The weather was beautiful. We had 9 garages that took part. There was a decent amount of traffic and we hope
everyone did well.
Please plan on joining us for the Spring garage sale in March.
Ramblewood is looking for persons to make up the Garage Sale committee.
VEHICLE PARKING
Please be aware that if you bring a trailer, RV or a boat and park it on the lot without permission from the
office it will be towed. All vehicles must have current vehicle tags and be operable. If you have acquired a new
or different vehicle please stop by the office and request a registration form. Vehicles with outdated tags and flat tires
and unregistered will be presumed abandoned and will be ticketed and towed unless some arrangement has been made with the
office. Vehicles cannot be parked in the same spot for more than 2 weeks.
PET OWNERS - We are having a situation with pet owners not picking up after their pets. Most disturbing is that
most of the time the droppings are not more than 5 to 10 feet from the provided doggie station. Please see Section 9.2
of the Rules and Regulations. Fines of $20 per occurrence can be levied on any pet owner caught not adhering to the rules.
Be aware that pet droppings must be removed from the patio area immediately. Remember Pets are to be on leashes at all times.
GARAGE DOOR WINDOWS - Although we failed to send out notices earlier this year, the owners of garage
windows that are needing repair will be receiving a notice. Once the notice is given owners will have 2 weeks to repair or
replace the broken windows. Garage windows cannot have paper, aluminum foil, be painted white or any other color unless it
is black or covered by darkening film. Failure to repair the window could result in a fine.
